Mastodon Mesa was born out of curiosity, friendliness, and an accident of fate caused by roaming around Los Angeles at random. We therefore strive to reflect these values in all that we do, and to share with others what we love most about contemporary art: that it’s a way of responding passionately to the world and to imagine different ways of being human in it.
We particularly want to work with young or emerging artists and non-traditional art patrons (public schools, nursing homes, groups that work with the homeless, dads who think all this is crap), so if you can help us connect with any of the above, please get in touch.
Gallery visits are available by appointment, please contact us to set up a time!
We are located in Suite B210 of the Blue Building at the Pacific Design Center.
