Weather and Mood change
Mother nature has a lot of power above humanity, it can dictate what can be done and what will not, when it comes to checking the weather, most of us will do it just to be sure it will not hamper our work. For people working indoors, they might have no clue about weather changes until they step out of the office to head home or for lunch. If you were to ask several people whether the weather conditions affect their moods the answer would most probably be no. Scientifically however, the weather could be the reason you are in a certain mood. You will be a sad person when you have not been in sunlight or seen it. When you don’t have enough sunlight your body tends to produce the hormone, melanin, whose role is to make you sleepy and that way you lack the drive for most of the things you could do. Sunshine, on the other hand, makes you more motivated and it has been said that you will spend more when you have sunshine. With precipitation, it is likely that you will eat more, the levels of serotonin will go down but carbohydrates can spike them back up. You will not keep the levels of serotonin up for long as they fall really quickly hence more trips to you snack jar. It is also likely that you experience Pain of the joints when it’s raining , this is because the atmospheric pressure is low and the blood moves from the vessels to tissue exerting some pressure on the joints, his is the reason for the pain. When you are outside with good weather, your creativity and memory will improve. With that in mind you should find some time to be out for walks when you can. It is best to be around people on sunny days because you can be in a mood to help people and romantic as well because of the energy. It would explain why the summer season tends to one of the best times in the year.
When you are in this mood, it is recommended that you spend time with the people that you love. High temperatures drive up aggression and especially easily in people that are known to have high tempers. In the freezing weather people are very slow and tend to prefer the indoors. People will prefer the indoors at such times and they can be very unmotivated, during this time hot beverages become a favorite for many. Its best to save any complex physical tasks for later. Do not stop at just checking the conditions of the weather, look at what that could mean for your moods as well.
